Boot Camp is designed to increase your fitness and strength and tone your body. Boot Camp is a fun, group work form of exercise. You will never undertake the same thing twice. Boot Camp is challenging, exciting and new to you. All sessions are run by a qualified personal trainer.
Sessions are run every Monday and Wednesday morning from 6.00am to 7.00am at Cairns Indoor Sports. The only thing better is the price. For a 15 week block you pay only $150.00.
