Get the kids to come and join in the hype of Indoor Sports. This is when it is all on.
Junior Indoor Cricket and Beach Volleyball is on a Friday afternoon from 4:15pm.
Indoor Soccer is on every Thursday afternoon from 4:15pm.
Junior Dodgeball is on every Wednesday afternoon from 4:15pm.
Junior Indoor Netball is also on every Tuesday afternoon from 4:15pm. There are no upfront fees just $6 per game. So bring your mates, put in a team and have a go now at one of our great sports!!!!!

Wow! What a weekend of Beach Vollleyball! Cairns Players came of age and for the first time dominated the tournament. Attached is the list of final placings and scores for the Grand Finals. The major highlight for the weekend was Joel Groberg and Bodhi Sclip dominating the Men Open Pairs competition and for the first time ever a Cairns team won this division. Another major stat for the record books was Joel Groberg winning 4 Gold Medals. This had never been done before by a male player. He won Mens Pairs, Masters Pairs, Mixed 4's and Mens 4's. What a remarkable achievement.
One of the other highlights, was to see the great level of sportsmanship shown by all competitiors. Time and time again the players bucked the recent trend being set by others, and showed the most amazing acts of sportsmanship on and off the court.
So once again guys well done, not only for the haul of medals you received but also for the way that you conducted yourselves. Also a very big thank-you to the Cairns Regional Council, Cable-Ski Cairns, McDonalds, Birch Carroll and Coyle, and Lorna Jane. |

School Holiday Fun!!!
Wondering what you can do to entertain the kids these holidays?
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday over the school holidays Cairns Indoor Sports is running multi-sport madness. It is open to kids of any age and they can participate in any of our great sports. It runs from 1pm-3pm and costs just $7. So tell your kids to come on down. We would love to see them right here at Cairns Indoor Sports, 164 Mayers Street Manunda. |
